How to book on M/Y Andromeda

1. Before you consider Saudi Arabia as a diving destination

   

   First of all you need a tourist visa to visit Saudi Arabia. If you are a citizen of any of the countries listed on the official Web page of the Saudi Arabian Government, you can apply for the tourist visa online.

   If you prefer to buy your visa on arrival, you can do it as well. You can pay by credit or debit cards, cash is not accepted. There are not too many visa terminals at the airport, so your waiting time can easily exceed 40 minutes, so we suggest getting your visa online.

   At the moment there are 63 countries listed but the list is growing. If your country is not among them, do not worry, you can still get your visa easily within a few days. Contact the Saudi Arabian Embassy in your country to see how you can obtain your visa.

2. Select a date for availability on M/Y Andromeda

   Before you buy your flight tickets, it is important to check the available dates and places on our Web page. It is normal if there are gaps between susbsequent dates since the M/Y Andromeda operates in different countries in different seasons. Always click on the 'Select cabin' button for a specific date to see whether your requested cabin type is available.

3. Choose your cabin type

   

   At the time of booking, we do not require your credit card information. Once you have selected one of the available dates, it is time to choose the cabin type you prefer.

   First, go through all the available cabin types. You need to provide the number of persons per cabin type on this page. Please note that if you set an odd number for queen-size bed cabins, a 70% surcharge will be applied for single occupancy.

   And finally, you will need to provide two contact information - an e-mail address and a mobile number. We have very strict privacy policy. We are going to use your e-mail address to organize this diving adventure for you. You will receive every detail related to your trip in your Inbox. All payment related notifications will be sent there as well.

   As for your mobile number, we use in two cases - if we see that the e-mail address you have provided is not working, perhaps due to a typo, and at the Jeddah airport where we will be waiting for you, and perhaps we are not able to find you, or we want to let you know how to find us.

4. Transferring the price of the trip

   You can read about our payment schedule in the General Terms & Conditions. We never request you to pay by credit card. There are many examples of large financial institutions getting hacked and confidential private information stolen. We prefer to keep your payments secure.

   All you need to do is make your payment by bank transfer, using your own reliable bank and its user interface you are already familiar with.
